Over the years we have seen many strikes for our upliftment !! Do we have the status or promotions or pay as promised by trade unions ? Though the trade unions were created for the upliftment !!
The claim is that we got everything today is due to strikes !! The world is rapidly changing. The changes are a must in every fields. Let us see the Private sector. They have better emoulments today as compared to olden days. They got it over the years not because of organised strikes which drag our nation years behind. It is because of the changes happened in every spheres of life.
We must have unity. No doubt. Unity to grab our oppertunities in emoulments, promotions, career upliftment. We should not allow others to fire their guns on our shoulders. Over the years we were doing that by loosing our pay.
Let us have our visions which are not ruled by very very old, ideologies that have turned as a monster. This monster in the pretext of uplifting our life is just ruining the entire life of a class 3 employees. All fellow employees, please post your feelings freely in this blog.
